D. Gray Man - Allen Walker Help!

Okay, I can easily buy the suit but I need to get the mask with the white fur
and the boots (i found some but was like 100 dollars) -.-
Is there anyway I can get cheaper boots?
If you can help that would be awesome!
Thank you for your time.

For boots, maybe you can try doing boots cover? ^^;
those are always way cheaper than getting the actual boots.
you can find boots tutorial over the forums 8D

My friend has made Allen's boots. She found a cheap pair of boots with a shape/heel how she wanted. She then cut a line down the front and built in a new boot with vinyl. This was done by tracing the shape of the boot and transferring this to a pattern. This was then cut out and glued securely to the boot. A separate flap was added to the top to give the folded over appearance. A zipper was added to the front and trimmed with silver.

By using an actual boot as a base, you get a nice solid shape to start out with. Also, it's hard to shape the toe area easily, so if you can use the actual toe of a boot, it saves you a lot of time and effort!

You can see her boots in this picture: http://www.cosplay.com/photo/2630002/ They came out very well!
