Original Gundam Cosplay Help
Me and my friend came up with the idea to cosplay as Char and Ray. His aunt can make our costumes since she does it professionally for theater but we need detailed pictures so it can be done as well as possible. What we need is pictures of the two in their military uniforms, at a fairly large resolution or zoomed in on details. For both it has to be the original series so we have Char in his first helmet.

I would suggest browsing through cosplay.com's member posts of costume photos (just search for Amuro and Char separately via the "search" feature on top. You may not get back shots, but this combined with art and images you could find on google and that should be enough reference for your aunt.
Get your search on! Or if you're a vigilante, "research."
