Help! Ponyo Cosplay

I want to do a ponyo cosplay and it isn't hard. I know all I need is bloomers and a red dress. The only problem is no one makes dresses like that anymore. I was wondering if anyone knew a good pattern I could use for ponyo. I looked at patterns and saw none that could work.

Here are a few ref images of ponyo:

And also what would be a good wig for ponyo?

Please do not needlessly bump your own thread, and you've done so twice today. If someone is interested in replying and can help you, they will. So please be patient.

Again, please do not bump your own thread. Thanks.

I agree. Patience~ =_=

But anyway, places like Joann's would likely have patterns for dresses like that. I know I've seen sections of "period" clothing (i.e. 1940's etc.) where they have "poofy sleeve" dresses and things like that. You could also check the costume sections. And don't be afraid to buy a pattern that's not "spot on" - altering is often necessary. I actually purchased a halloween costume pattern recently that included bloomers (at Joanns). Good luck!
