Femme Wolfwood wannabe

The other day, I remember reading on one of the threads here a comment about how girl Vashes and Wolfwoods are hot, if they do the skirted version, and now I really want to do a femme Wolfwood costume! I just think it would be a lot of fun!

BUT, I kinda wanted to get a few people's opinions on it because I am completely unfamiliar with the "girl-style" costume, and I don't want to unintentionally offend anyone...as in, "Hey! That chick totally stole my idea!" I don't know how often it's been done, or if the idea originated with someone in particular and I should maybe run it by them before blatantly ripping it off. What do you guys think?

I've seen a couple girl Wolfwoods with the miniskirt and small black suit thing going on. It was creative, and I think I saw more than one person do it. I dunno about the origins of it, but it would be neat if you did one.

Katy did a great female Wolfwood at Anime Expo:

With Trigun cosplay it's getting hard to be "original". I don't think anyone will give you a hard time about "stealing an idea." ^^
Best Wishes,
