Marketplace Problem- Unresponsive Seller
I'm not sure if this kind of thread is acceptable here, but I couldn't find anything about it in the marketplace or by searching the forums.
Over a week ago, I sent payment to a user here on the marketplace for a full costume. The seller was responsive (replied once or twice a day to PM's) up until the day after I sent payment. They thanked me and told me they would ship out within the week and would PM me to give me my tracking number. Since then, I have received no further updates or replies. I have already messaged them 2 or 3 times with no avail.
Is there anything I or anyone else can do aside from a paypal dispute?
