Hello hello, anyone else here from Philadelphia?

Probably will be headed to Zenkaikon next, which seems to be where everyone else is going - nifty!

Live near: I could literally throw a rock and have it land in Altoona. City line's 30 yards off my property.

Cosplays: Black Mage (Final Fantasy series, took mine from 11 specifically), Doug Rattman (Portal series, damn cube gets all the attention though), Kirito (SAO, WIP), Bard/Archer from FF14: A Realm reborn (still planning).

Cons: Right now I'm stuck with one--Otakon. I went last year and it kinda hooked me, but my income supports ONE trip there, or a couple smaller ones. I have a couple associates in Pittsburgh (Maid Nami from Maid of Hearts among them, good friend of my other half) if I wanted to go to Kurokiiro or Tekko...but Otakon is my limit in terms of budget when hotels are involved. Last year, we had 8...or was it 9...shoved in a rather small room in City Center. I don't wanna do that again. Had fun, was just annoying tripping over each other.

If I can get a room locked down (damn materials eating my budget) you'll see me at Otakon, likely in a black leather duster lugging two swords around. Or...a bow-harp. I might take Chrona along since it's...IT was intentional...is gender-neutral and simple. I can pass my Org. XIII coat off for that >.>

Just to let everyone know, there is a Steampunk Convention in Gettysburg March 29-31, the weekend after Zenkaikon. You can check it out at steampunkatgettysburg.com.

With Zenkaikon coming up this weekend, who's excited? I know I definitely am! I'll be cosplaying as Shadow Tohru Adachi for Friday(of course it depends on how long my eyes can stand wearing the yellow contacts, ahaha) and then Kotetsu Kaburagi for Saturday and Sunday. Feel free to say hi or something if you want. =D

Can't wait to see all of the other cosplayers! What is everyone else going to cosplay as?

I'm about 10 minutes outside of Philly! :- D I wasn't able to make it to Zenkaikon unfortunately.

wanted to post it in here, but the majority of the eastern pa peeps seem to be near Harrisburg or Reading, once the weather gets nicer I was considering doing a meet up/ shoot at The Hershey Gardens... but Im also open to other suggestions/ideas I was hoping to get more cosplayers and photographers interested so if yaz are game def let me know! ^_^ as for a day it prob would be durring may so its alot warmer (hopefully)
