Materials for Yuna FFX-2 costumes?

I'm trying to make the White mage Yuna, singer, black mage, gambler and trainer costumes, and I don't know how I'll be able to get them on. I don't know wheather to put in a zip, or buttons, or just use stretchy materials.
Could anyone please help, or give me any suggestions.

Thankyou so much

for singer, a nice stretchy material would be nice.
it should be fitting onto your body!
i have it opening in the front

the side skirt thingy, i used a very light white crimple cotton.
i think it's a spring material...might be hard to find now...

Zippers are probably your best bet for an inconspicuous closure - I wouldn't use buttons unless there are obviously buttons in the costume design, since they are a design element as well as a closure. Even using stretchy materials, with costumes that tight, it's probably a good idea to have a zipper so you don't pull it all out of shape trying to get it on.

I did a black mage yuna costume for otakon 2003 and I did it in peices. The dress was one peice and had a zipper in the back, the sleeves were a seperate peice as were the boots and fuschia boot covers. If you need more information just pm me.
