Assassin's Creed II (Ezio)

Just trying to get a feel for the costume... I want the fabrics to be what they would realistically be. Judging from various trailers and art, I would assume the cape is maybe made out of suede? I already know I have a LOT of leatherwork to do for this.

I did, however, find a site discussing how to make working hidden blades.

Here are some ref photos:

There was a Assassins creed II cosplayer at NYAF, if you look through the pictures from that you should be able to find him.

1magus, welcome to the boards and all, but seriously, lay off the begs for costumes all over the place. jeez.

Try the marketplace, and don't go offering commissioners chump change/lunch money to make them for you. everything you've been begging around for is difficult and costly to make, especially as a private commission, and if you're not willing to plop say, in Ezio's case, 360 bucks to cosplaymagic.com for their Ezio costume, don't expect to get someone who ISN'T cheap child labor to do it for you for less (unless they're blazingly stupid)

I am gonna get the overcoat for Ezio made for my brother cos i discovered my sewing skills are utter c**p. I have the frilly undershirt from a friend who used to wear it so he let me have it. The rest will be tricky. Fev cna you tell me how you made your bracer and belt just so i have an idea what I am doing lol. It might improve my sewing and crafting skills LOL

My friend who gave me the shirt is also making my spring blade for me. He says it springs out but you have to push it in again. So that's good and I am also going to attempt to make an assassin oufit and knowing my skills, have it made for me so I don't have stitches all over the place. Honestly I am horrendous at costume making LOL. I do try my best though :S

And I have a great idea for an Assassin image So excited.
