How to type these Japanese symbols?

When replying to many Japanese cosplayers, I always see these Japanese symbols like for example: (´∀`)

How do you type those ?

Most Japanese keyboards have keys that will bring up a list of various symbols. Also, cellphones have huge lists of various symbol created faces to select from. If you are using Windows, you can get to a large list of various symbols by going to Programs>>Accessories>>System Tools>>and then Character Map. You will have to make the faces on your own though.

The smart way to do it is just to bookmark a webpage that has a bunch of them and then copy and paste the face of your choice when the occasion calls for it.

Super helpful webpage can be found here: http://club.pep.ne.jp/~hiroette/en/facemarks/index.html
