Anyone entering AMV's for Katsucon?

Hallo all! Is anyone planning on entering an AMV at Katsucon? I might enter 1 of mine but not quite sure since they may be really crappy when faced against some of the masterpieces I saw at Otakon. But hey I'm doing the best I can with Inferior Software.

:::waves::: i have a crap program too. ^^ but, i'm really pondering the notion about entering. i just need to get my bf to give me a program to change files and such. ^^ besides, the quality of amvs at katsu vs. otakon is quite different. but there, there ARE great ones at kastu too.

it's all for fun anyways!

I could do it too. I need ideas now if I am to do it also. And you could probably could use my prgrams once they are al set up.

Tracked me down once again you have. Well thinking of an Idea isn't too hard to do. first just find music and then find a series that goes together well with the music. Think of an either action or comedy AMV since they are most commonly used. You have a capture card so I suggest you...... capture footage! DVD's are good for this reason. I recommend using adobe premier but it costs quite a large amount of cash. Then add some transitions, etc...

If i go then i shall enter my scryed AMV, and perhaps a X TV AMV. But i may make a better trigun AMV or something like that.

Not exactly sure... Was thinking about entering NekoCon too, but I don't think I'll do something new by then.

What programs are you guys using?

Im gonna try to enter, I have a good Ayashi No Ceres video planed, but like you said, some of them were really good at Otakon and mine would be so inferior to theres ~.~ although last year at Katsu they werent all that good andywayz..
