HEtalia - Finland- Hat

I need to finish my cosplay for Finland by the 24th. Which I can do since I already have most things done. But I need to make his hat (since I can't afford to buy it). I was wondering HOW? I need it to look good yet keep itself on my head. I know one option is to sue it to the wig but part of me tells me I don't want to do that..?

Any ideas? Thanks everyone in advanced. <3

Just use claw clips, bobby pins, or another hair clip to hold it on if you dont want to sew it on.
