Needing assistance for a Byakuya {Bleach} Cosplay
I'm working hard on a Byakuya costume and I've basically got most of my things down for him.
However, I'm stuck on how to make his scarf and how long to make it. I'm more likely doing it out of Cotton if anyone has a better idea, feel free to post. =D I'm actually 5'5'' with excellent posture and 5'4'' with bad posture. I hope I placed this in the right section for this. I really need to know how many Yards of Fabric I am going to need for this. Some Reference Pictures: ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I simply used a nice satin fabric (used in formal wear) since he's a noble and according to Kubo the scarf is pretty much worth an entire village. So, I would assume that it's a little on the fancy side. And made the length around /past my hips at the ends after wrapping around my neck. http://athelloren-wardancer.devianta...higo-130118774
So, I'd say use approx. 2.5-3 yards. It may seem long, but it's always easier to trim fabric than to lengthen it. ;P Last edited by Athel : 11-03-2009 at 09:35 PM. |
