No, it also has a rather large craft section. It's two floors, and only the second floor is devoting to everything sewing-related. Ground floor? Everything else from garden statues to popsicle stick crafts. :P You'll find a lot there, and if not, there's a Michael's within a five- to ten-minute drive, depending on traffic and weather.

...Oh, if only Novi wasn't an hour's drive from here. T__T

Seriously, we have NOTHING up here that's useful for cosplay. We have a Michael's, and that's it. I have to drive either to Rochester or Lakeside Mall to get fabric. T__T

Hey all......^_^

I'm in taylor michigan, just a hop skip and a jump from Youmacon! I and my friends are just starting out with cosplaying! BLEACH is the first show we're working on and sadly I'm the only one who can sew! Regardless of the 5+ costumes I've got one done...and another three half complete.

We'd love to hear and hang out with others in the area! In the summer you'd probably find most of the boys outside fighting with bokken ^_^; while I'm glued to an anime/manga or sewing.

IF anyone is around or gets together let us know! Also....if anyone nearby is good at wig...making/styling please let me know! I have no idea how we're going to pull of a hitsugaya...or a Kenpachi wig...all the ones I see online to buy don't look so great -_-

Definately for Youmacon yes! ^_^

And hopfully Colossalcon in June x.x I'll have the costumes done no problem. It's the darn wigs that are giving me trouble. *sigh*

I totally know how you feel. I always end up making most of my friend's cosplays, so right now, I'm looking at making about six costumes by Youmacon. Two have to be done by JAFAX. But it's worth it in the end. :3

Yes I'm not sure how to use this, I'm new to cosplay.com and to Michigan, but I just moved to Roseville... and I too am trying to find people with such interests. If that is of any help.

Well welcome to Cosplay.com and to our wonderful state. It might take you a little bit to get used to our frigid cold, but you should be fine. AS for finding folks with fellow interests, if you are speaking of anime, manga and cosplay, well then you have already found us...XD

It's kinda nice to hear that I got fellow Roseville Michiganian to join me now....perhaps we can get together sometime...we shall see..

Ok, I live in Roseville on some road named Hollywood St.

If that's close to anyone we should most definately hang out, I just got here and all I've been doing is reading mangas online. Oh and does anyone close have Super Smash Bros. BRAWL? If you do and ever want someone to come over and play... believe me, I am more than down. :-D
