England Uniform {Hetalia!}
I'm planning to cosplay as England from Axis Powers Hetalia. I want to get started on making the costume as soon as possible, but I can't decide which kind of material I should use.
I was hoping to get some feedback on this, since I'm really bad with determining fabric types. So. If anyone can give me suggestions, I'd really appreciate it! Twill~ is the route I suggest. Twill and nothing but~ (in the bottomweights section at your local JoAnn Fabrics ^_^) It's got a nice weight and looks good.

Definately use a bottom weight/heavy wieght fabric. Military attire is often of a heavier/more durable material.
