No more L :(

Okay, so I heard there may be a ton of other L's at the convention, so I decided to take a look at Vampire Knight

...the next thing I knew, I am going to the con as Zero Kiryu and my BFF is going as Yuki Cross.

The bad thing about this is that it's going to cost a good amount of money for the costume and wig. I already have some money saved up, about 44 dollars. I MAY be getting an allowance, and my mom owes me $30. The outfit, including shipping costs around $135, so lets say I am getting a 10 dollar allowance each week. That would put me at 44+10 each week plus 30, so in the first week I'll have about 84 dollars, which covers the JUST the outfit without all of shipping and handling (19.01 left over), which is 64.99 (But, add that 19.01 to the problem, and its only 45.98!!! I REALLY hope they don't include tax, otherwise I'm done)

And, I just thought about this, I'll probably get 50 dollars at Christmas time, and 20 dollars when we leave, so yes! 84 dollars and X-mas money takes care of the outfit..Great!!! Nows the wig. There is plenty of time to get the money for that, seeing that I'm going to get 10 dollars for the allowance...if I get only 5 bucks, this whole thing is messed up, and it'll take me twice as long to get this thing done and over with; and my family prefers that I get this over with. I love my tendency to over-obsess!

So...what amazing things a new math teacher can do for you!

Annnd, I think I can get the wig and outfit by...OH MY GOODNESS!!!! NOOO! The auction ends in 14 days on December 27 for the outfit, and we aren't going to be back until January. Do you think I can order it at my Grandparents house, and have it shipped here? or do they just read where the IP adress is comming from and ship it there?

Not sure what your dilemma is here. Are you asking where you should have the costume shipped if you win the auction?

When you pay for an Ebay purchase, you will be asked to provide the address you'd like the item shipped to. Just put in the address of the house you're at right now.

Oh, okay. Sorry if this doesn't belong in the Crossplay forum. I am a girl, crossplaying a guy, so I think it does, actually. I just wanted to update it for the people who cared. Oh boy, now I am embarassed. o.0

My 'dilemma' is just a really small problem; I am not going to be here when the bidding ends and I might not have enough money for everything. I may be able to ask my parents to pay for the wig, and pay them back whenever I get money, which is rarely in the winter. So I'll have to pay them back in the summer, and if I forget, I won't be trusted

You aren't asking us about crossplay; you're asking us about what to do about purchasing a costume. Therefore, it doesn't belong in the Crossplay section.

Which really this sounds like it's something you should actually be asking your parents, rather than random strangers on the Internet. There's not really anything any of us can do to help in this situation.
