How do I make her top? I saw a shirt that looks like hers I might buy it but the sleeves are short what should i do :S thanks x |

either buy a pattern, or get a base blouse and modify it. read up on it, take your time, but it is much more worth it to work hard and have it be accurate then to be just "good enough"
