Alright so I have an official three months to make a costume for Jill Valentine in her BSAA outfit!!!
http://fc09.deviantart.net/fs44/f/20...ashiChan69.png However... I am the absolute noob of all noob's of sewing. I took one semester of home ec, that's it. I made a pair of lime green shorts. Finis. But I basically have to hand make that entire costume. (Minus the belt since I can buy a drop belt thats identical to that and sew on some pouches to hold First Aid spray and flash grenades) I want it to be pretty close to perfect so I'm willing to take the time to do tiny details. I really need someone who has cosplayed her or knows how to make this because I need patterns, material ideas and a basic how-to person. I can easily make the first aid spray, gun, grenades and headset since I'm VERY handy with actually building things like that but it's the sewing that will kill this costume if I'm not careful!!! Thanks!! |
