Sculpting Expanding Foam...

I am planning a Tauren(world of warcraft) cosplay, and have decided to do a large amount of the costume by sculpting using 'expanding foam' to make the main shape, then covering in paper mache then fur.

When finished it should look awesome since i'll be basing it on the in-game model, but i was wondering what tools i should be using to sculpt expanding foam. I'd rather not get started then find i don't have the tools to finish the job

If you are talking about the expanding foam used for sealing the gaps around a window frame, then you can just use various craft knives for that stuff. a few exacto knives would work well. make sure that you put down a dropcloth or some newspaper before hand, or you'll wind up with a lot of mess.
Good, Cheap, or Fast
Pick any two...

If its Good and Cheap, it wont be Fast
If its Fast and Cheap, it wont be Good
If its Fast and Good it wont be Cheap

ah wicked, i thought it would be tougher stuff than that. Knowing it's that easy to cut into is a huge weight off my mind, thanks

These tools might be useful for you, should you find the craft knives lacking.

Go to a hardware store and get a cheap handsaw, and some surform rasps.
