fire emblem: awakening lissa dress and hoop skirt

So my friends dragged me into possibly doing a fire emblem panel and i'm supposed to be lissa.http://vignette3.wikia.nocookie.net/...20130502171445

Does any on have a pattern or tutorial for the dress or something like it that i could alter.

Also the only hoop skirt tutorials i could find were covered so i need help with that to (or somewhere i could buy a hoop skirt like that.)

thank you

For the cage skirt, I think Truly Victorian may have a pattern for that.
I know Simplicity has underbust patterns too.

For the hoopskirt, if you're looking to buy one, FanPlusFriend has a lovely one. That's the one I used for Lissa. c: If you would like to make one, however, a friend of mine used a general hoopskirt how to tutorial and just took strips of fabric, sewed it together to make a 'pocket' for the wiring, then attached the hoops together with more strips of fabric so they stayed together and weren't fully covered like a normal hoopskirt. If that doesn't make any sense, let me know and I can explain it better! I'm on my tablet at the moment and can't type too much without it spazzing at the moment. As for the dress itself, I cannot think of any off the top of my head but I know Simplicity has a lot of renaissance and medieval type dress patterns that you could piece together to make it. Good luck!
