About Soul Eater
Alright, I don't know about you guys, but I've been trying out this new anime called "Soul Eater". I've managed to see 12 episodes and it's been pretty good. IMO, BlackStar is kind of like a young Naruto and Death the Kid is kind of like Sanji from One to a certain extent of him using his legs. The only thing I don't like about him is he's too much of a perfectionist, but at the same time, he's kind of like us cosplayers to a certain extent too, don't you think or is it just me? So far, my favorite character is Soul/Spirit. I pretty much like his attitude towards things and he's funny XD Honestly, I'm going to try and find a Soul/Spirit plushie sometime this year ^^
Anyway, if any of you have tried it, what do you guys think of it?

lol I was watching episode... 18? when I read this post XD irony!!
its actually really awesome, the only characters who get under my skin are Excalibur, Blair and Medusa (but thats to be expected... except for Blair). Excalibur is annoying, Medusa pisses me off and I hate fanservice character so Blair is out, I mean really, that girl's only duty as a character in the anime is to provide comic relief and to jump out naked DX SPOILERS: I used to get really annoyed at Black Star but that ended around episode 14-15?? whenever he and Tsubaki go to Shin... Maka started to annoy me too around that time, because she was so obbsessed over how Soul got hurt that she didnt pay attention to their partnership... it just made me think "if you want to move forward, make sure you know exactly where you are AT first" END SPOILERS and I'm a bit curious... do you think Chrona is a boy... or a girl? I consider him a guy, because I think thatd be friggen awesome but the creator said that he intended him more as 'genderless' and leaves it up to the fans desicion =P and by Soul/Spirit do you mean Death Scythe AND Soul Eater? or just Death Scythe? I know that Death Scythes (SPOILER HERE) his real name is Spirit (END SPOILER) but you put Soul so it makes me think of Soul, Maka's partner Soul.... im confluzzled XDDD my favorite character.............. either Chrona or Death the Kid... totally XD I <3 quirky characters!! Kid-sama and his ways of symmetry, Chrona and his non-understanding of pretty much EVERYTHINNNGGGG XD I almost put Tsubaki (because shes really nice, AND can kick butt) I mean I love that she kicks butt and she's definately top 5 material, but I dont like how they make a big deal out of her body proportions >_>

Well about Soul Eater, manga is still goes on. But the anime finished already. It was 51 episodes. WARNING - Yeah, Soul Eater was awesome, UNTIL the last episode of anime. But the manga is still awesome, though. ^^ And my favorite character is Shinigami-sama, of course!!!

I watched the series subbed a few weeks ago, and I've gotten the first part of the Funi release, so I plan to sit and watch it dubbed one weekend. I'm still working through the manga...I think I was up to chapter 20 or so when I last left off. As for favorite characters, well I rather enjoy Medusa, especially her second form, and I also love Patty. I only watched the series because of someone's roleplay of Patty and I got curious about this crazy character.

I think as Chrona as a girl, but that's just me....as for Kidd, his need for things to be perfect is what makes him different. Kidd just wouldn't have been the same if he didn't have th issue of symmetry to deal with. Plus I find it funny...
I my favorite characters are Liz and Patti though.... @Cosplaymachine- I don't think Chrona's gender is such as serious issue as to label it controversy.....

Honestly, I stopped watching the Anime and just went straight to the Manga from where I left off on the Anime.
 I know for Anime Expo I'll be doing (SPOILER) Spartoi Maka from the Manga!(End spoiler) It should be pretty fun, just having trouble finding the right pattern. :P |

My favorite characters are Dr.Stein for his sadistic personality and amazing fighting skill and Mifune for his laid-back and even more amazing fighting skill.
I also like Sid-kun whenever he makes a reference to when he was living by saying, "That's the kind of man I was..."
