Hetalia: Axis Powers Spain Costume!

Where is a good place to buy some Hetalia: Axis Powers costumes/wigs? I want to get Antonio(Spain) who can help me! I found some sites but I want to see if there are places that I don't know about! Thanks!

Well, what outfit are you looking at? He has several. There's the military uniform, the business one seen in the World Meeting, the cooking one seen in a few episodes, War of Austrian Succession, and a casual outfit seen in all the Boss Spain strips. The last one can be easily put together with a Ren Faire tunic and pair of loose pants. Just need to either add buttonholes to the shirt for a red ribbon, or get a tunic that has them already.

I think the military one. Where could I get just the top of the military uniform(shirt) I have khaki pants that could probably go with it and would save me some money

Go to the thrift store and look at the military uniform section, they should have some white tan long sleeved tops.(with the pockets)

As for the wig, I highly recommend this one. (Bought from this seller before, srsly. awesome. x3)

For the wig, I'm planning on using Cosworx's Scruffy (I'm also working on a Spain cosplay). I used Scruffy for America and it fit just the way I wanted it to without any styling...then again I also have a big head. Hope that helps!

And a question of my own. What do people think would work better for Tonio's sock/leg wraps? A pair of white knee/athletic socks or sports wrap? Currently I'm leaning towards socks...

Though I still haven't styled it quite right lol.

I wouldn’t use sports wraps/ACE bandages, your leg will go numb in minutes, long socks pulled over your trousers would work ok, but if you want the best look, you will have to buy a pair of puttees, try sites that sell uniforms for reenactors, in particular WW1 reenactors. Or you could make them yourself, but you would need 9 feet of wool. (Wool works best, sticks to itself a bit.)

Alright thanks! I think I'm going to end up modifying some socks. I've got this explosion of white linen fabric that I have no use for and I may turn it into a giant strips so as to get the look of the puttees with the on/off ease of socks. We'll see how this turns out...
