Half Life 2: Metrocop / Civil Protection Officer

Hey everyone! First post! I'm interested in making a Combine Metrocop / Civil Protection officer costume from Half Life 2 (I know it's not the newest or most original idea, but meh). This will be my first costume and I'd love any help or critiques, as well as help if anyone notices a problem I hadn't considered. I have many of the base components but still have to do some work on critical parts.

What I have:
*Black leather jacket that goes below my waist
*Grey Slacks (Actual ones are green, but I can't find good green ones)
*Soviet PMG mask
*Combat Boots
*Tactical Vest

For some reason i keep getting server error when i try to post, so this post has been broken up...

since it would only let me post half of this, here is the other half...

What I Need:
*Stun Stick
*Back of the helmet (See overall reference photo)
*Arm band (Will need screen printing)
*Some way to play sound effects

The main problem I'm having is thinking of a way to make the back of the helmet! Anyone have any ideas?

As far as modifying the jacket I'll need to have someone sew the stripes on the sleeves (Same for the pant legs). To get the white square on the chest I thought I might be able to paint it on? Would this work or would it flake off? To get the white shoulders I was thinking I could somehow modify some elbow pads, paint them white, then attach them somehow.

I have one of those reference pictures for how to do a screen printing on the cheap.

You might also want to look into this paint here. I was looking at taking a bring orange version of it to make the Lambda symbols on armbands. It sticks to any surface, and works on cloth.

Now for the back of the helmet... Have you seen how to use plumber's putty to make the rough shape, then dremel it into shape? Or have you seen the way to use papercraft to create a fiberglass shape?

Sound effects, do you mean the vocal effect? There are kits you can buy.

Stun stick? Eh, it's easy. Just look into using round wooden sticks and cutting them into shape.

im also making a metro cop uniform but im going for detailed movie quality.

stunstick: QT gas station window cleaner handles just make the stun bunny that goes on top

pants: www.uniformswarehouse.com cheap and the exact color you want

jacket: www.uniformswarehouse.com (i went with the blue wind breaker, it is as long as the ref pictures and is proper color)

gloves: http://www.abbyshot.com/products/ps-...ets-gloves.php spot on replicas cant find any closer

boots any army surplus has riding boots

vest. im having mine made with mesh material and canvas, as for the white square im going to have it on velcro so it stays clean

sounds: think geek has a soundtrack shirt i uploaded some of the popular and well known SByts to it . pick up the can, final verdict, and then other commands against anti citizens and the dead sound W/ dispatch

going to have a local seamstress add the white stripes and shoulder whites( fabric) check afew ref pictures

as for the helmet ive had trouble as i am no good at shaping anything other than a surfboard.

ive been in contact with RLUX customs a popular airsoft mask maker and custom action figure maker but they havent returned my last emails. also ive emailed afew shapers on this forum and in 2 days havent gotten a reply. i know of 1 person who has made a almost perfect replica of the helmet but he is in the uk and that would kill on shipping and possibly danger the helmet in transit

the usp is my main issue as i cannot find silver slided models in airsoft or replica

i may end up making a barney cosplay out of it if the mask cannot be made or is a ungodly amount. rlux had quoted me for 80$USD but again they havent replyd in a long time

cheers and watch out for crow bars

The exact gun is an H&K USP .9mm Match. Wiki it and you'll see. I'd link it, but I'm using work computers and it's blocked.
