Giving my Shinigami-sama outfit a jagged look
Okay so a few days ago i was trying to create an easy cosplay and i went insane and chose a medium difficult one of Shimigami-sama from Soul Eater. Now i have a reapers robe i was going to use for his outfit, but i realized it and the hood arent jagged enough. Any ideas on how to jagged it. Oh and any ideas on how to make the eyeholes black but still being able to see, like a fabric i can put over the holes or somwthing?

Here's a general reference of Shinigami-Sama, in case anyone doesn't know this character: http://fc07.deviantart.net/fs26/f/20...Ch_Thingol.jpg
Anyway... I'm not sure what you could do for the hood... If it's a pre-made reaper's robe I'm guessing you'd have to take the hood apart somewhat and add the more jagged edges...Cause he's got that lightening-shaped jagged edge on the top of the hood... For the eyes, you could use a black transparent mesh of some kind so you could see through... One of my friends makes fur suits, I'll ask her what mesh she uses for her eye holes.. |

Yeah no problem ^^ ... And I asked my friend what she uses and she said she uses black tulle (the stuff they use on ballerina tutus) to cover her eyeholes...You can probably attach it to the back of Shinigami's mask at the eyeholes and the nosehole.
