I'm pretty sure my friends are still interested. I think it would be best if the first room could be paid for before we worry about it though...?

Lookin like Friday or Sunday. I'm fine with either, I think.

I think Eric already got the room, but I told him he needed to call and make sure the name on the reservation is mine so I can get the discount.

Well, I think some of us haven't paid for it yet, so I'd hate to get a second one before the first is even paid off. o 3o

Yes, the rate is good for a max of 2 rooms. So we'd probably have to book it soon.

Edit: I am compiling a spreadsheet of the photoshoots and stuff, and comparing threads. I know that Gurren Lagann was considering either Friday or Saturday, and that Blazblue is also on that day for the main one around 11ish, and a smaller one on Sunday. I know I have Tales on Friday, and I think Mel has Hetalia (if I am not mistaken, that is their panel/shoot, right?)

With that said, I think maybe later Saturday or Sunday would be good for RO?

Well, I think Saturday or Sunday would be best for me, since on Friday, I'll be worrying about getting there in the first place, hotel, and changing for the masquerade.
