For me, it'd be Flay from Gundam SEED, Kallen from Code Geass, a good majority of the chicks from Bleach, Dita and Jura from Vandread, aaaand a bunch of others. >_>

She's always making annoying noises, irrelevant comments, and singing stupid songs x.x On top of that, she's one of those characters who can't make up their minds thus resulting in the depression of those around her. I hate that.

I agree. (x_x) It seems a lot of the new animes/mangas have a good bit of annoying chicks. (>_>) But that's my personal opinion.

I agree with Sakura nd Hinata of Naruto. And Orihime of Bleach. To add to that list of who I think are Mary-sues, Hinamori and Matsumoto from Bleach (to an extent anyway). As well as all the female characters of Death Note. Why?

Misa= I actually have a tiny bit of respect for her, she's still annoyign though...

Takada= No, it's not JUST because she killed Mello, though that's part of it. She thinks she's so high nad mighty, but she's just thrown aside by both her "god" AND her "lesser".

Halle= She's the "warrior" Mary-sue... and from what I've seen, the only half-respectable woman in DN. She still annoys me though...

As the author (whose name is escaping me right now) of "Tattered" on FF.N was saying. All the females characters in DN are seen as "below" the men (I have to agree... though it doesn't seem to bother me for some reason).

-In the original before shippuden, annoying, she did have her good moments though.
-Shippuden she was doing better but she had her bad moments.

I'm surprised no one has said Relena from Gundam Wing.
A lot of people didn't like her including myself. Though by the end of the series I did like her now since I'm rewatching it..beginning she annoyed me, end she did not.

I know that this isn't an anime character, but Vanille from Final Fantasy XIII. I just wanted to shoot myself every time she came on screen, or when I heard her stupid, squeaky voice. She was weak, annoying and just there for some fanservice. Sure, she was cute when she didn't speak, but they just had to make her talk! >_<"

And I agree with MDA about Orihime. She just... pissed me off.

And I'm gonna have to disagree with Nightwitch-Kat about Sakura in Tsubasa. Just because she didn't have any physical strength doesn't mean she was a weak character. Mentally and emotionally, she was really strong. And it's not like she ever got in the way of any of the fights.
I hate it when physically weak characters try to 'step in and help', just because they want to try and help. They end up hindering the stronger characters by needing to be rescued. But I digress.
Sakura got pretty awesome a little further in the series. And Kurogane and Syaoran were freakishly strong anyway, lol.

And Haruhi S... has got to be the biggest asshole in anime. Just sayin'.

Let's see....being a girl, I have more respect for males in anime....and even less for females.

Naruto- As everyone has said, SAKURA. I hate her. She's sooooo useless in the first part. She's gotten better though, but I still don't like her. And Ino. UGH.

Bleach- I am an Ulquihime addict, but I can't stand Orihime. She was cool at the beginning and she actually had a personally. Now she's like a mindless machine that repeated says "Kurosaki-kun! Kurosaki-kun! Kurosaki-kun!" >:O

D.Gray-Man- Lenalee. I don't know why...I just don't like her...

Death Note- Misa...I might cosplay her in the future, but only cause my friends want to do a Death Note group someday.

And the main character from Moon Phase. I wanna punch her lights out.
