Methods making Vocaloid Headphones?

I have a base pair of headphones i plan on making into a pair of vocaloid headphones for my teto kasane cosplay.. I just need some methods on making the D shape for the Headphones :]
(color isn't the issue XD)

The forum search function and google are both your friends.

There are full tutorials to headphones on deviantart, youtube, on the tutorial link list pasted at the top of this forum and in the tutorial list linked to my thread in the Japan forum.

We can't make them any easier to find than they already are ^^; People really need to be willing to click a few buttons for themselves now and again.
