Help for Cyclops Visor

I'm a newbie cosplayer from the Philippines, and I live in a town with extremely limited usable cosplay materials. I'm currently working on my 4th costume, which is Cyclops. I would want to use the original yellow visor design. Can anyone help me out? I need steps and usable materials for it. Help??

you can try papercraft
here is the file link http://www.4shared.com/file/17779340...5/cyclops.html
all you would need is cardstock fiberglass resin and matting and the pepakura program

I actually really like this tutorial. XD You make it from household stuff and it looks pretty ok in the end.

Whatever costume you are making, make sure that it will not cost you short term loans because it is not practical these days to spend too much.
