Please critique my costumes

Hi all,

Please critique my costumes:

Kero-chan Pajamas:

Note: I would have put the ears higher but then they'd be flapping all over the place.

---

Ramus:

Note: 1st costume I made myself

---

White Mage:

I await your opinions. Take care and have a good day.

From,
Joe

I'm not sure how feasible it is, but those Kero pajamas are SCREAMING for matching fuzzy slippers!!

archangeli - That's quite poossibly in the works. I have like 2 yards left over and I picked up the rubber-type soles used on toddler pajamas.

I'm just not sure how to make them.

I have 1 slipper pattern that came with my pattern for this but those are boot-type. I like the traditional open-heel slippers.

I'm open for suggestions.

Joe

For the White Mage, I'm not sure what kind of fabric you used, but it looks fairly lightweight. Did you interface the edges of the hood and/or the triangle appliques? It helps give a smoother edge and support the additional weight of appliques in a way that makes the garment as a whole look sturdier. Cool staff.

Koumori - For the White Mage I used $1.99 cotton/poly and double layered it. My mom doesn't use interfacing and said that I don't need it but now I wish I did.

I plan on re-making it next year since I'm losing weight and I will definitly use interfacing and heaver cloth.

Yes, the Ramus is awesome! I love the expression you have in that pic too. It totally captures him.
