where can i find a good quality Yoko costume?

Well, for one you can make it yourself (as her costume is very simple).

Such as, on eBay they sell her scarf (the Gainax branded ones, so they're official). You can buy black shorts like hers at dancing stores (they're even that short!). You can buy a black bikini anywhere, and paint the flames on with fabric paint. The cuffs, you can buy similar ones from Forever 21 and just paint over them, then put yellow clay for the dots. For the boots, Costume Castle and other costume stores have similar ones, you just have to paint the flames. And costume stores also sell her socks. The gloves can be bought on eBay, and the longer sleeve you can just cut the toe off of a black sock. The belt can be bought from PacSun. As for the wig, eBay has a lot of good wigs, or you can commission one here.

Edit: Oh, and i bought the hairclip from an anime store. Specifically, Small Wonders at the Westminister Mall in California. Though you can always eBay it.
