Need Ideas for Silent Hill 3 "Closer" leg/foot structure.

So, I'll just cut to the chase,
I'm planning on cosplaying as a Closer Monster from Silent hill 3.

This is going to be the very beginning of my first cosplay. I have everything planned out pretty well except for this part. I was thinking of having something shoe-like I could wear on me feet or legs, almost like a reverse-joint, "faun" looking structure that would give me a slight boost as well as make the "pointed" look to the foot.

The monster is really tall in stature and has thin legs that come down to an odd looking foot. It's sort of like a curve rather than an actual "foot". What I'm trying to do is give myself a small lift off of the floor without using normal stilts and givng it that unnatural look. So I need a way to get the pointed "tippy-toe" foot. Nothing that gives me a huge boost, just something that'll raise me maaaaaybe 4 to 8 inches.

Here's a picture of the monster. I can do about everything exept the foot/legs.

I'd really appreciate some Links, plans, or ideas for a good way to make a slim, pointed foot that gives me a little lift.

you could get shoes like these

..and cover them in cloth...like..make leggings that go all the way from your waist right down to cover the shoe.
Cosplay baby on the way! due for arrival in May!
