Thanks for all this info!
I'm really keeping an eye on my body more now!
But I have been going on the treadmill for about two years, everyday!
Of course I missed a few days..when I'm sick. I'm just gonna eat smaller porsions (can't spell)^^;; But I need more advice though! How can I get abs?
that's where resistance and more intense cardio comes in to session. When it comes to cardio, as weird as it sounds, I prefer to use no equipment such as treadmills, bikes, etc, because not only do I not have to rely on equipment, but I have more variety in the motions. try doing jumping jacks for five minutes as opposed to your treadmill for twenty minutes, I guarantee you will be working a lot harder. cardio machines just aren't as effective as old school aerobics. At least in my opinion.

as for the resistance part, just try any one of my exercise programs in the directory. I guarantee abs if you keep a good diet with the exercise program you choose. remember that you already have abs, they are just covered in fat.

A couple of years ago I used to weigh 250. It took me a year to lose 100lbs, but I was able to do it by doing a lot of the things listed here. (I think all really.) So far after a little over three years I've been able to keep all of it off except for 5lbs, but I guess that was my body just regaining water weight after losing so much weight and I could not feel any better and younger!
