How do you panel dye a wig?

So I need to dye black sections into a blonde wig but I can't quite figure out how to do it. I'm a bit of a wig noob anyway >.<

Would it be a good idea to section off sections of blonde and cover them in plastic bags and FW Ink dye the rest?

Any ideas would be great!

I want it to look like this:

Hey it's Bunny!

You don't, you start with a blonde wig and sew in blonde or black section of wefts into the wig, its impossible shade to dye Black, you only get shades of grey from it.
