I'll just toss two more suggestions on that'd be lower on the workload in terms of how hard it'd be to make 'em.

Radical Edward from Cowboy Bebop is a nice easy choice, and despite the tan skin, she seems to work with just about any skintone http://i520.photobucket.com/albums/w...wboy_Bebop.jpg
