Japan jacket help?

Hello! Um...I have to do my Japan cosplay within the next week for my friend's birthday because me and my friends are making a video for her and I have NOOO idea how to do the jacket.

I've seen this: http://www.cosplay.com/showpost.php?...&postcount=330

But I'm still having problems with the actually PATTERN for the jacket. So umm...any suggestions please?

Someone commissioned me for a Japan jacket. I used a bowling shirt pattern, lengthened the sleeves, and made a mandarin collar. It's very basic.

I can't find any pictures of the one I made right now.
