You won't be able to buy Simon's goggles anywhere. You'd have to make them by scratch. My suggestion is to make the goggles out of craft foam and clear yellow plastic sheets.

That's pretty much what I did. The elastic broke at the con though. You could do that and then if you get any problems, just roam the dealer's room. A lot of them have goggles and I was able to find a red pair with yellow mirrored lenses. You can see them here and here.

I searched for goggles on eBay... got red ones with yellow lenses for like, $15. Just search there
