Question Mini Trampoline

More recently I have put a mini trampoline in my bedroom to keep my heart rate up during the whole day. I go on it for 2-4 minutes at a time, for about 10-15 times a day. It's not much, but I need to see a doctor about popping some ribs back into the proper place (again) before I can think about doing much more. But for now, I was wondering how well these will work for overall weight loss and toning. I know it's not a big calorie burner, which is good because I don't eat much.

(I do jog and shadow box as well, I just have the trampoline for the side.)

anything is better than nothing, but I can't imagine it being too great if your only doing it for few minutes at a time. General rule of thumb it's better to get your heart rate up and keep it there for atleast 15 minutes. So try longer if possible, if you feel dizzy or sick doing it then rest.
It is strange to think, I haven't seen you since a month. I have seen the new moon, but not you. I have seen sunsets and sunrises, but nothing of your beautiful face. The pieces of my broken heart are so small that they could be passed through the eye of a needle. I miss you like the sun misses the flower; like the sun misses the flower in the depths of winter. Instead of beauty to direct its light to, the heart hardens like the frozen world your absence has banished me to.
