More recently I have put a mini trampoline in my bedroom to keep my heart rate up during the whole day. I go on it for 2-4 minutes at a time, for about 10-15 times a day. It's not much, but I need to see a doctor about popping some ribs back into the proper place (again
) before I can think about doing much more. But for now, I was wondering how well these will work for overall weight loss and toning. I know it's not a big calorie burner, which is good because I don't eat much.
(I do jog and shadow box as well, I just have the trampoline for the side.)
