Muscle suit?

Not sure if this goes here, but I'd like to know how to make add muscles to a zentai suit

seen some tutorials online somewhere, ill link them as soon as i find them.

It depends on how much effort you are willing to go for the costume.

At the low end you could just sew pockets into whatever suit you were modifying (i.e. a wet suit) and then fill them with cotton, but it wouldn't give you the striated look you were looking for.

Conversely, you could use pieces of polystrene foam cut in slivers to put in those same pockets.

Or you could bodybuild. This would be the hardest alternative.
