Anyway, just thought I'd throw in an update. Since I've started, I've lost about 3" from my waist.
I've gone from a 31" jeans to 28" jeans. Mostly I still wear 29" jeans for comfort, but I can get into 28" (skinny) jeans with no problem, they are just really hard to find in that size and in the style I want. But there's no point in inflicting that sight on the public, no skinny jeans for me. LOL
This was just going to Crossfit up to 4 times a week and no special diet.
Since the new year, I've been doing the slow-carb diet
not to lose anymore weight, but to tone up and change my eating habits for the better.
And come on the one cheat day a week is freakin' awesome! :>
Can't wait to do Gatchaman and Tron costumes now! Come on skin-tight body suits, BRING IT ON! ;-D
