Just Some Tips? (:

I don't need any drastic weight loss or anything, I just need some tips on what exercises would be best for my goal. I'm 114 lbs at 5' 4", but most of my weight is gathered at my thighs and I've got a small belly. I want to get rid of it it! (:

Any tips on what exercises I should focus on for the thighs and stomach?
Also, how long I should focus on them?

Spot reducing is a myth. You can't exercise a body part to get rid of the fat from that body part. Your body stores fat where it stores fat. If you exercise enough it'll go away but you can't "target" an area.

Make sure you get enough nutrition, and exercise. You'll settle into your healthy weight, which if you're female will likely include a bit of fat on the belly and thighs. Yes, women can do a bodybuilding type routine for a hard body with muscle definition like men do, but it's not healthy (for men either, actually) to have that low a percentage of your body weight as fat.
