tail+flame=mega stumped
I've been trying to figure out to make a tail flame effect for my charizard gijinka. But do it without using any electrical wiring. I don't particularly care if it makes it looking really cheap I just want to emphasize its a charizard tail.
Also just to save on posting on other areas as well, what length would be good for a tail and what would be the best/cheapest method of doing it. Another thing what is the exact date the cosplay.com shop start selling materials. The flame part is the part I would like answering the most, I hope someone has some idea. |

Personally I would do the flame out of faux fur. You can mix together colors to get a very flame like effect without making something fragile or, well, hazardous lol.

Mhm.
You could even go further and work on blending the colors together. |

Hmm. For the tail I'd suggest using parts of a red and yellow feather boa.
CanineHybrid on here (not to mention YouTube and DA) made a Charizard pokemorph and used the feather boa idea... I think she reinforced it with some wire, too. I'm not sure. Length depends. If you're willing for it to drag on the floor behind you, you need to remember that it'll collect lots of stuff from the ground. If it's really short, it'll stick out. So it's really whatever you feel comfortable with.
