I wish you had a second light source for the right side of the image to separate the subject from the background a bit more. The arm on the right is cropped awkwardly because it leaves the gap showing the background that's a bit distracting. That shot calls for crossed arms IMO. I believe you're military, right? Aren't all your portraits very formal/stiff? If you had brought your light source more toward the camera, you'd have a little more light on the subject's left eye.
