Yeah, I'm hoping to cosplay Fang next year as well, and the main thing I need to do is get rid of a bit of flab around my stomach. :3 I just don't want to cause a riot with my parents when I leave the house in it xD

Fran from FF12. That girl shows a lot of skin. And also Fang from FF13. She shows that stomach and legs... and arms. <3 Debuting at Katsucon 2011 lol.

I want to drop a couple pounds/inches (thigh and hips, ideally) by Katsucon to be Austria from hetalia. Dude is skinny. I also want to add some definition to my core (ie, cut abs) and maybe more triceps? Here's a gunshot I just took:

I'm going to cosplay Kneesocks (from Panty & Stocking) in a little less than a year. (the one with light blue hair. I just want to lose a little bit of fat on my tummy and thighs. I'm not overweight or anything, I just want to get into a bit better shape.


I just got back from a mile jog, but honestly thats all I have done besides occasionally walking home from school. Next week I'm starting up winter track, so I'll be working out alot more.

But it would also be nice to look better in my other cosplays as well. Me and a friend were doing DDR at one point, when I was working out to go to Otakon of this year. But we are going to start back up doing that, doing some running/walking and other things.

I'm currently working on a pair of wings to do a little twist on "The Prise" characters from "The Amory Wars". I'm hoping to have the actual costume finished by the end of January (might take a little longer depending on budget). The work of getting physically into shape is going to take much longer though. I mean, I don't look bad now. I'm just not comfortable going in public almost completely exposed. Even though the characters usually appears naked in comics, they are shown in physical clothing every now and then. I really want to wear the costume myself, but if that doesn't work out I guess I could always put it on a model. BTW, obviously I will not be going out in public completely naked...

Though I just want to be better fit for all my cosplays in general, One Piece is my major motivator. I'm basically a super huge fan and want to cosplay almost everybody.










...yeah. I've got some work to do. I've been trying various methods of cardio, strength training, and diet to see what I like and what works for me. Right now I'm interested in intermittent fasting, particularly the leangains method. I've found I enjoy strength training far more than cardio, but I lack some of the more necessary equipment. My diet is going through some changes right now and I'm working on eating enough. You'd never guess I have that problem with how much I weigh -.-'

then cutting for 2 months before A-KON.

I'll be cosplaying as Skull Kid from Majora's Mask



i want to get in shape for two reasons:

1. So I can actually STAY in shape
2. I want my first cosplay to look as good as possible, coming from my part as well and not just the costume's appearance

I'm thinking of doing it one step at a time so i dont rush myself, im thinkning of walking either a mile and a half or walking for 30 minutes daily, and eating less and having cereals for dinner instead of something big every time. and once thats shown ive gotten at the very least a smidge slimmer, then ill try hitting the gym. sound good?
