Well aside that I'm out of shape that I can't sustain dramatic poses for a long period of time, I'm trying to get in shape for Oerba Yun Fang and Gregar Rockman and also so I just feel a little more comfortable in my Lightning cosplay.

I don't know who I'm cosplaying as yet, but all my options (I'm in a cosplay group) involve wearing tight pants, so I'm gonna have to lose a few pounds.

I plan to be Ryo Sanada aka Ryo of the Wildfire from Yoroiden Samurai Troopers/ Ronin Warriors.

I'm getting in shape for Terra Branford from Final Fantasy VI. I really hope I can do it. I'm going to be drinking a lot more water, exercising at least 30 min. a day, and eating a somewhat healthy diet. If not healthy, then I'm going to cut the calories down if I end up snacking. God knows I have enough energy stored in my body to help me live for five months.

I'm working out and trying to lose weight mainly to just be happy with my body and how I look, but also for my Fem!America/Emily Jones cosplay
![]() Wearing short-shorts and that top with the body I have now is a no-no. I gotta lose up to maybe 10lbs at the least just to get the flat stomach. And eating healthy... Has never been... Good for me. *is addicted to Taco Bell and burgers*

My legs are blobs of jelly, and I need to fix that for Iris Noire. My arms are also squishy and acne-coated, which needs to change for Mist and Miria Harvent.
...So all of my cosplays require me to get in shape. Can't eat too much of that birthday cake.

I want to tone up enough to give Lightning from FFXIII a shot! She has such gorgeous legs and arms.
Also I'd like to be generally fitter so I can run around at a con without having to stop.

I'm planning on cosplaying as Diva from Blood Plus and Sebatian Michaelis from Kuroshitsuji

Once I get back to school I'll have to do i think 15 minutes of cardio, 3 sets of 30-45 crunches, 2-3 sets of 10 leg lifts, 2 planks for 30 seconds and 45 seconds,2 sets of mountain climbers for 20 seconds, 2 sets of 10 or 17 push ups (I do them modified), a game twice a week, and once it gets warmer we're gonna run the mile once a week. For my diet I'm eating more veggies and fruit, going to avoid the snack bar and the hot lunch line (it's scary how much oil there is on the pizza O.o) and go straight for the sandwich line, make healthier meals for dinner, and eat breakfast |
