I've never tried swing dancing. I've taken modern dance and bellydance classes.

I havent taken dancing lessons since i was little but i really want to learn how to belly dance

Mine was $70 for 10 weeks. You can also learn through instructional DVDs if it doesn't quite work in your schedule, but it's best to have an instructor to work with in case you mess up xD
Here's the website to my instructor http://www.sohailainternational.com/...page=page&id=8

Uhmmm....I know I probably shouldn't ask this but is this really the kind of costume that looks attractive on an androgynous guy? I'm thinking this one would be good for me. Maybe I'm finally letting the agony eat away my sanity but I like how it all looks and the potential objectification associated with it. I already have the right proportions, I just need to work on my stomach and it will work.

If I saw a guy cosplay this character, I don't know what I'd do. It would probably involve my face turning red and a lot of giggling before finally growing a ball to introduce myself and ask for a picture.

If you want to, go for it. The series could use more cosplayers, since it's awesome and the only yaoi anything I can stand anymore (It's not all *sparkly sparkly kawaii-desu, hair blowing in the wind* It actually has guys with muscle beating other guys with muscle's faces in.)

We shall then work on our stomachs together.

I ****ing hate sparklies. I don't care what the people around me keep saying about it. Twilight must die. I just wish I could have some masculine appearance that doesn't require lifting or flexing to make it show.

I have a dream to cosplay White Rock Strength from Black Rock Shooter OVA.
http://images4.wikia.nocookie.net/__...x-Strength.PNG
So yeah gotta get in shape especially around my waist and I got to do something with arms (I'm speaking in physical means xDD). Well kinda overdid with arms already because one exercise gave me like 3 days of arm pains... Gotta adapt that exercise more to my beginner-ish level.

I definitely need to tone up my legs and stomach. I'm considering spending and hour or two in the day time at the gym on the elliptical machine, exercise bike, and the abdominal machine and returning back to the gym later in the evening for about an hour on the elliptical machine. Remember to drink lots of water and to eat smaller portions of your meals.

I plan on cosplaying as Mei Terumi.

She looks very lean and toned, yet still has curves.

I've been trying to belly dance. Besides the fact that it is fun, if you dance for so long everyday or try to,it can help tone you and lose weight. I need to improve and change my diet a bit and do a little more exercising, such as walking, riding the indoor bike, etc....but hopefully I can try to lose some weight this year since now I know a big problem with my weight gain is a hormonal problem.

I'm going to eventually do nell from bleach-->http://http://www.google.com/imgres?...4&tx=74&ty=102 and motoko kusanagi from ghost in the shell -->http://http://www.google.com/imgres?...&tx=108&ty=120.....but, I have a loooong long way to go.

I'm currently doing P90X six days a week and running two miles once a week. I'm slowly reducing my caloric intake. No sweets. Low fat on most things. So far I've lost twenty pounds.

I'm starting today on getting in shape for 3 cosplays.

First one is in March, and I don't need to much work for it. So I think I can slim down just enough in 3 months.

Oguna no Takeru
http://www.mangafox.com/manga/takeru...evil/v02/c005/
http://browse.deviantart.com/?qh=&se...oguna#/d1251k6

Then in September I REALLY need to workout to get a flatter tummy and be the vivacious...

Magoichi Saika (Sengoku Basara 3 Samurai Heroes)
http://api.ning.com/files/HVTFAwTB19...aMagoichi2.png

and the slim & sexy, Mori Motonari (Sengoku Basara)
http://s919.photobucket.com/albums/a...afilter=images

So my plans, as far as diet, are to start Sommersizing again. I did for a few months last year with awesome results. I lost at least 8 pounds and ate a ton of good healthy food doing minimal exercise. And I felt great too! ^_^

As for working out, I'm going to start doing zumba, belly dancing, DDR, and walking/jogging regularly.
