I'm doing something easy this year since I'm a freshman in college. (meaning I suddenly have no free time nor money. :/ )
My tummy isn't used to being shown so I'm trying to tone the crap out of it so it'll effortlessly look good. Also my stubby short people legs need some thinning out so they'll appear a bit longer.
I've been working out five days a week on the step-climbing machines at school. And I make sure to keep away from the snack table in the cafeteria, grab fruit instead.
Hah. Honestly I don't know how I'm going to reach this goal, I've never really had to work out for anything.

I am always striving to look better in my Zidane costume. My stomach area is my problem spot, but I've made some progress since I started wearing the thing.
In Progress:

Pen Pen (Evangelion) - 10%
Duke Pantarei (Tales of Vesperia) - 95% - wig needs restyling.

I'm trying to cosplay Rin Kagamine. I thought I was the only one trying to lose weight for a cosplay. :X At least I"m not alone. I can't figure out how to lose weight.

I have tiny bewbs this HUGE stomach and pair of thighs. D:

Anyone wanna help? I haven't done anything yet though. XD too lazy

I'm trying to watch what I eat and maintain my work out schedule so I can go as Yoko with her red coat from Gurren Lagann (even if I lack in the um....chest area) ^^; I'm almost there I think lol, I just need to be strong and not get tempted by delicious foods XD *pumps up fist*

I'm currently trying to cosplay as Rika Furude for an anime convention in the summer. i don't know how to upload photos atm....

and i'm currently writing in a food diary and trying some exercising out, maybe join a gym if i ever get extra money.

I'm trying for Vivi from One Piece. I'd settle for her Miss Wednesday outfit, but if we're being super serious here, I want to wear the Alabasta dancer outfit. It's quite the goal though...

I'm getting in shape for Sango (from Inuyasha) and her slayer suit. So far it's going okay. After that I might do a Zero suit Samus, and that also demands me to slim down a little.

Two possibles, actually. I need at least 3 costumes for next year and the two I most want to do (pending difficulty of costumes) are:
Battlesuit Jill from Resident Evil 5.

And Harley Quinn (Arkham Asylum version).

I have a good BMI, but I need to tone up a little, especially for Jill. I'll likely be using spandex/lycra/nylon/etc. for her suit because it's for a con and I need a breathable fabric, or else I'll roast, and that type of fabric tends to cling so I need to tone up so I won't look like the Michelin Man.
My top half seems fine at the moment, it's just when you get to the navel that things go wrong (I maintain that I was made of spare parts). For Harley, I'm going to need to tone up my stomach, and my legs.
So far I'm just trying to watch what I eat but I hope to maybe join a gym after new year (I figured there's no point in starting to excercise at this time of year...Christmas dinner will reverse all my hard work >.<). I did a little Tae Bo last year and it was a good work out so I think I'm going to try to do that regularly.
I'm a little restricted by the exercise that I do because I have trouble with my wrist so I'm not sure how I will react to Tae Bo now lol.

I was hoping to cut up to no more than 9% BF for my Avatar halloween cosplay but in the end I was about 11 or 12%. Looks bad in photos from behind- you can really see my back fat. Next time though...

Well, everybody else has posted their cosplay goal, I guess I will too, now that I finally have one that exposes skin enough.

Hoping to be rocking something close to this by late summer 2011. Rock-hard abs aren't in the plan. Just hoping to have a flatter stomach and better toned arms.
