Club DROP/NEO (Osaka, Americamura)
2,500 for regular guests, 2,000 for cosplayers (2 free drinks)
Arrival in-costume OK (but please change nearby ~ Amemura is used to this sort of thing... but other neighborhoods may not be. There is a very small outdoor space in which to change but it's pretty ghetto, most guests don't use it and the line may be quite long).

Change on arrival, there is a cloakroom/changing room. This is a very visable public event for children which is seeking costumed volunteers... no crossdressing, no gore, no skin. Keep it clean.
