Im not quite sure if it is still legal to post here, but here it goes anyway. Lets say for example, you have a color editing app for the ipad, would it be alright to change the eyecolor of the cosplayer in the picture if it isnt the right eye color, or your not supposed to wear contact lenses because of a cornea issue?

I don't know what you mean by "alright." The Photoshop police aren't going to come and get you.

If that's your style of editing, then sure. If that's what the subject wants, then double sure.

I've done it before for a variety of characters - for instance, a green sparkle in Maleficent's eyes, a yellow glow from a Bioshock Little Sister's eyes. I don't do it routinely as a part of my editing workflow, though.

I found a tutorial that is very helpful, I dont know it is good to share the link here or not. This tutorial covered different technique to that retouching stuff. I guess you will find this tutorial helpful like me http://www.clippingpathspecialist.co...-in-photoshop/ .
