Gumi Megpoid Help!

Hi

http://www.notcliche.com/universalst..._Gallery_9.jpg

So I was thinking of doing a Gumi Megpoid cosplay. I have almost no sewing experience (I can make the skirt....that's about it).

What I need help with is the vest thing. I can probably make the filmy undershirt and the shirt cuffs and collars....but yeah, I am stuck on the vest. I can't find any patterns that look any where near similar to it. I suck at pattern making (and altering patterns) so I wouldn't be any good at changing a pattern. I am better at using tutorials. If anyone knows a good vest tutorial or pattern that looks similar to the one above, please tell me!

Maybe you could use E, but replace the collar with the one for C.
