Dress Pattern Help!
Hello
 I am going to make a Luka Megurine Magnet cosplay. I know how to make the bottom half of the dress (the skirt), but I am not sure how to make the bodice/shoulder thing. I will probably make a separate skirt, attach it to the bodice and use the wide white band to cover up my blunders (I suck at sewing...I have only ever made a full circle skirt). What I really need is a pattern or a tutorial on how to do the bodice and straps.
