Rin Kagamine Fear Garden help?
Hi
 I want to do a cosplay of the Vocaloid Rin Kagamine, from her video called Fear Garden. I have most of the parts already, I just need the sailor-fuku dress thing. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make that? I'm not to sure about the dress. But I found this video which tells you about the general sailor-fuku bit. Plus it is based on Haruhi Suzumiya's uniform.
